These terms cover your use of Estimate Rescue (getestimaterescue.com). Estimate Rescue is operated by Dan Layton, 5536 Riddle Road, Holiday, FL 34690. Contact: hello@getestimaterescue.com, 813-927-6259. By paying for a review, you agree to these terms.
What you get
You send one estimate. We review it and send it back marked up with missing line items, lines that look underpriced or overpriced, scope gaps, and suggested exclusion and change-order wording, plus a short note on how to present the price.
Price
USD 49 per estimate, paid up front through Stripe. This covers jobs up to about USD 25,000. For a bigger job, email hello@getestimaterescue.com for a quote.
Turnaround
We aim to return your review within 24 hours of receiving your paid upload. The 24-hour clock runs seven days a week.
Refunds
- If we don't return your review within 24 hours, you can ask for a full refund.
- If we can't review your estimate (the file is unreadable, the job is outside what we cover, or it's well over USD 25,000), we'll refund you in full.
- Once a review has been delivered on time, the fee is non-refundable.
To ask for a refund, email hello@getestimaterescue.com within 7 days of payment.
What this is not
Estimate Rescue reviews pricing and scope for completeness. It is not legal, engineering, or code-compliance advice. We don't inspect job sites, and we don't guarantee that you'll win the job, make a profit, or pass inspection. You decide what goes in your estimate and what you charge.
Your responsibilities
Send only estimates you have the right to share. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you send us and for your final estimate, contract, permits, and licensing.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a review is limited to the fee you paid for that review. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the day you pay is the one that applies to that order.
