What we collect
- What you type into our form: name, business name, trade, phone, email, and approximate job size.
- The estimate you upload, and anything that's in it, like your customer's name, address, or job details.
- Payment details, which go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To review your estimate and send it back to you.
- To contact you about your order.
- To process your payment and handle refunds.
We review your estimate ourselves. We don't run uploads through AI tools today. If we start using AI tools to help, we'll only use ones that don't train on your files, and we'll update this policy first.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to do the work:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Google Cloud, which hosts our site and stores your form details and uploaded estimates.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email (hello@getestimaterescue.com).
- Resend, which sends us an internal email alert with your form details when you submit the form.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Cookies
Our site doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments.
Your customers' information
Estimates often include details about your customers. We use those details only to review the estimate. Make sure you're allowed to share them with us.
How long we keep it
We keep your estimate and review for 12 months so we can answer questions about it, then delete them. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.
Deleting your information
Email hello@getestimaterescue.com and we'll delete your estimate, review, and contact details within 30 days. We may keep payment records we're legally required to keep.
Kids
This service is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
